Governance
The Prohibited Conduct Framework.
Every Remotix engagement is governed by an 18-category prohibited conduct framework — applied to all employees and contractors. This protects clients, professionals, and Remotix alike.
Security deposit & D-7 rule
Clients pay a security deposit (equivalent to one month's salary per employee) before engagement begins. Payroll must be received by Remotix by day 7 of each month — ensuring employees are never left without timely payment. The deposit is fully refunded on exit.
No lock-in. Clean exit.
After the minimum term, standard planned exit requires just 30 calendar days' written notice. No exit penalties, no surprise charges. Security deposit returned within 15 business days once all balances are settled.
