Everything you need to know before starting.
How long does placement take?
A typical placement takes 2–4 weeks from brief to signed contract — depending on role complexity and the current talent pool depth for your category. We will give you a realistic timeline upfront.
What is the 90-day performance guarantee?
If a placed professional does not perform to the agreed standard within the first 90 days, Remotix will source and present a replacement candidate at no additional recruitment fee.
Are you GDPR compliant?
Yes. For EU and UK clients, we execute a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) and the applicable EU Standard Contractual Clauses or UK International Data Transfer Agreement before any personal data is transferred. Full details on our Compliance page.
Who employs the remote professionals?
Professionals are engaged as employees of Remotix Global under Bangladesh Labour Act 2006 employment contracts, or as independent contractors under a Contractor Agreement — depending on the role and client requirements.
What happens if I want to exit the arrangement?
Standard planned exit requires 30 calendar days' written notice. There is no exit fee after the minimum term. Your security deposit is returned within 15 business days after all balances are settled.
How does salary work?
We never hold or profit from employee salaries. The salary amount you agree with your employee is transferred 100% to them each payroll cycle. Our HR & Payroll Management Fee is charged separately, on top.
What roles can you place?
We place professionals across 135 specialist roles in 15 categories — from software engineers and data scientists to accountants, legal specialists, virtual assistants, and HR managers.
Do you serve non-UK clients?
Yes. We serve clients in the UK, US, Australia, EU, GCC, and beyond. All engagements are documented in English with appropriate legal frameworks for your jurisdiction.
